NUNEZ vs HAALAND
Since Liverpool completed the signing of Darwin Nunez there has been a lot of talk about his rivalry with Haaland this season. Both are the new star strikers for Englands 2 most elite clubs! Nunez scored 4 goals against RB Leipzig about a week ago. Haaland scored inside the first quarter of his debut against Bayern Munich. Both have hit the ground running! Fans can sit back and enjoy a blockbuster weekend. Who will score more on Saturday?
PREDICTION
It's definitely a much anticipated game. The football community have been starved from football for the best part of 3 months now, but this match cues the start of the new season!
To be honest it could go either way. Both sides have match-winners in their ranks and some new faces that will be eager to prove their worth.
Liverpool have had some great luck at Wembley in recent history. They defeated Chelsea in both the FA Cup and League cup finals respectively. They also overcome City in the FA Cup semi-final enroute to their Wembley double! I back them to do it once again.
