GAME WEEK 27 PREVIEWS & PREDICTIONS

It’s been an awe inspiring week of football with some major upsets and important results. City will be regretting not signing Harry Kane as he starred for Spurs in a 3-2 victory against them. Burnley were superb as they beat Brighton 3-0 in their quest to avoid relegation. Liverpool continue to keep the pressure on City, and it seems that the encounter between these two sides on the 9th of April could be a decisive one.

GAME OF THE WEEKEND🥊

EVERTON VS MANCHESTER CITY

The toffees are struggling and things are not looking good! Only 1 win in their last 5 league games leaves them in 16th place at the moment. They were extremely underwhelming as they lost 2-0 against Southampton in their last game. Frank Lampard has got a job to do, and he needs to it fast!

City lost in the league for the first time since October! Their defeat has seen the gap between them and Liverpool close to only a few points. Pep will be looking for a response from his side as they cann’t afford to drop any more points.

Goodison Park will be bouncing on Saturday! We are in for a treat!

ONE TO WATCH: DONNY VAN DE BEEK

PREDICTION: 1-2

EASIEST 3 POINTS🤑

BRENTFORD VS NEWCASTLE UNITED

Who would have thought that Newcastle would be big favourites in a game this season? But here we are, and what a relief it should be for the Magpie fans as their side is finally climbing up the table with each passing game.

Brentford lost 2-1 in their last game against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. The biggest problem for Thomas Frank’s side is that they have lacked the energy that they started the season with. They will be looking over their shoulders as things at the bottom start to heat up!

Newcastle were impressive in their away draw against West Ham. Eddie Howe will be pleased with how his side have plyed since their new signings in January.

They know that 3 points in this game is very possible and therefore a must have!

ONE TO WATCH: CHRIS WOOD

PREDICTION: 1-3

POTENTIAL UPSET🤒

MANCHESTER UNITED VS WATFORD

United should be able to win this game, but their recent knack for taking their foot of the gass in the second half could spark some hope for the Hornets.

United have now won their last 2 league games and seemed to have found their mojo again. Wins against Leeds and Brighton leaves them in 4th place.

Watford claimed a massive win at home against Aston Villa. They are still in the relegation zone, but if they can replicated that performance they should be able to avoid relegation. The only problem is that they have far to many performances like the one against Crystal Palace in mid week.

Watford are aiming to complete the league double over United for the first time. Will they ve able to pull it of?

ONE TO WATCH: JADON SANCHO

PREDICTION: 3-1

WHO SHOULD YOUR FANTASY CAPTAIN BE?🤩

CHRIS WOOD

Newcastle fave Brentford this week and if there's one man licking his lips it's Chris Wood. The former Burnley man is a huge arieal threat. The Bees have struggled to keep cleansheets lately and Newcastle's newfound energy and threat could leed to quite a few goals on Saturday. You would put your money on Wood being on the scoresheet.
