GAME WEEK 23 PREVIEWS & PREDICTIONS

We only have a few days to catch our breaths after a exhillirating round of matches. Chelsea were only able to claim 1 point out of a possible 6. City defeated Chelsea 1-0 in one of the cagiest games of the season but thanks to the brilliance of Kevin De Bruyne they prevailed in the end. Philippe Coutinho marked his return to the Premier League by leading Aston Villa to come back from 2 goals down to draw 2-2 against Manchester United. Leeds and Norwich both pulled of some incredible upsets whilst Liverpool claimed a routine victory against a struggling Brentford.

GAME OF THE WEEKEND🥵

CHELSEA VS TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

Chelsea have most certainly had the uper hand in this fixture over the past few seasons but they are struggling severely the last couple of weeks and that presents Spurs with a great oppurtunity. Chelsea lost 1-0 against Manchester City and they were then held 1 all against Brighton at the Amex Stadium. Spurs have confirmed that Son has been ruled out for the rest of the month and possibly even out for February. It surely leaves a big hole in the squad but there should be some players that are licking their lips at the chace of filling that void. They will be fired up after completing a awe-inspiring comeback against Leicester thanks to Steven Bergwijn.

ONE TO WATCH: HARRY KANE

PREDICTION: 1-1

EASIEST 3 POINTS🤑

SOUTHAMPTON VS MANCHESTER CITY

Southampton were no match for Wolves as they lost 3-1 in their last game. They were on a fine run of form up untill that defeat and it would be a bit unfair to say that they are the easiest opponents to face this week but no one is stopping Man City at the moment. They had to dig deep to get past Chelsea but found a way as usuall. City are on a very long winning streak at the moment and it's going to take a miracle to stop them at the moment.

ONE TO WATCH: PHIL FODEN

PREDICTION: 0-3

POTENTIAL UPSET😲

MANCHESTER UNITED VS WEST HAM UNITED

United threw away a 2 goal lead aginst Aston Villa as they drew 2-2. They were without Ronaldo for the game but that should be no excuse for a club of that calibre. Ralf Rangnick has made some eye catching comments since then. He reportedly told the club chiefs that Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka were not good enough to play for the club. It should be interesting to see the effects of those comments on Saturday. West Ham suffered a shock defeat as they lost 3-2 to Leeds in a thrilling encounter. It should not affect them to much as David Moyes will be confident in his sides abilities to claim all 3 points at his old home.

ONE TO WATCH: MANUEL LANZINI PREDICTION: 1-2

WHO SHOULD YOUR FANTASY CAPTAIN BE?😎

PHILIPPE COUTINHO

The little magician reminded us all of the quality that he possesses as a claimed a goal and an assist on his debut for Aston Villa to spark a stunning come-back against Manchester United. Villa face an Everton side who have just lost to Norwich and sacked their manager. They are at their most vulnerable and Coutinho can surely capitalize on that.
