GAME WEEK 22 PREVIEWS AND PREDICTIONS

The premier league is finally back! After a weekend off it’s finally time for some games and we are getting treated to a double game week! Let’s just take a quick look back at what happened before the break. City took another step closer to the title as they snatched all 3 points at the Emirates Stadium. Chelsea and Liverpool played out a 2-2 stalemate. Wolves caused a upset as they won 1-0 away at Manchester United thanks to a goal from an unlikely Portuguese player.

MANCHESTER CITY VS CHELSEA

City fell behind at Arsenal but showed real fighting spirit as they came back to win 2-1. Rodri scored in the 93rd minute as City broke the harts of all Arsenal fans. The fact that Chelsea and Liverpool drew only helped them even more as they extended their lead at the top to 10 points. Chelsea know that it’s unlikely to catch City but if they can get a win here its certainly not impossible. They scored to brilliant goals to come back from 2-0 down to claim a draw against Liverpool. This should be a thrilling encounter with two of the best managers in world football going head to head at the Etihad Stadium.

WEST HAN UNITED VS LEEDS UNITED

All of the games this weekend can go either way but West Ham should be the strong favorites as they are playing some exceptional football at the moment. Jarrod Bowen is certainly grabbing the attention of some big clubs with his performances of late. Leeds were able to claim a routine 3-1 at home to Burnley but they have lacked consistency this season and that is the major reason that West Ham are the favorites to win this encounter. This game has the potential to turn into a goal fest.

ASTON VILLA VS MANCHESTER UNITED

Villa have lost back to back games but they should not worry too much as they were far from poor in those games. They have completed the signing of former Liverpool magician Philippe Coutinho. He reunites with former teammate Steven Gerrard. They are also close to completing the signing of Lucas Digne. Manchester were playing well but a shock defeat to Wolves have stopped them in their tracks. They will be looking to avoid defeat at Villa Park as Villa are looking to make it a league double over United. This game could be a cagey affair but lets hope that it will live up to the billing.
